Singer Songwriter Storyteller
It is Spring, the tulips are blooming and so is the Shelter in Place album. Winter on the east end of Long Island and recent arctic temps don’t come to mind when seeking the ideal refuge. Yet, that’s where we hunkered down this past season to create & record.
As a result, we’ve made a perfect album for an old school huddle-around-the-turntable session. Shelter in Place also pairs well with a road trip when you feel that you must get in the car and drive away toward anywhere but here.
The album will speak for itself, but the process of how we got here is the true story. And much of that process centers around life’s adventures and the mayhem at our live shows. There’s no substitute for reality and this inspires the songwriting. The tangential comedy, spur of the moment interactions and sharing of stories make each Inda show a unique connecting experience.
As we get ready to launch on June 28th at the Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett, NY, we are currently planning Fall shows in the surrounding neighborhoods, NYC and out west to include Wyoming, Arizona, California & Wisconsin.
Pre-orders, house concerts & other opportunities to support the project will be available soon in a crowd funding campaign. New merchandise is on the horizon.
Meanwhile, please come to the Stephen Talkhouse this Saturday, May 19th at 8pm for more songs, connection & special guests.
Thank you beyond words for your enthusiasm, energy & support,
p.s. Special guests: Lee Lawler & Jeff Marshall
